A: No. The gaming arm of our business (eGame Entertainment) is based out of Costa Rica. Under Costa Rican jurisdiction, it is not required to obtain a gaming license.

A: For the out of the box implementation, it normally takes from 8-10 weeks from design through to implementation
Q: Once the software is purchased, what does the customer own?
A: All intellectual property is owned by GNA. All our gaming and network server software is proprietary. We provide a front end client to you that your player's will download that will link into our gaming servers. The servers will handle a network of players from different sites around the world. Therefore, you will have players to play with once go live occurs. The software will be physically held in Costa Rica.
Q: Is the software secure?
A: We use the highly secure128 bit AES encryption that is the same technology that most of the banks use.
Q: Is the software available in different languages other than English?
A: At this stage we are able to offer a complete translation of the web site as well as the betting buttons and most screen text. However, some of the messages sent to players such as notifications of tournaments will still be in English. In future, we will be working to translate all other text.
Q: How can we see what players my site has brought to the network and how long they have been playing etc?
A: A comprehensive online real time report can be accessed through our CGEMS web site. The site enables the customer to review each and every activity performed by the player. This way the customer is able to track every single bet ever made by their players and therefore how much rake money they have generated.

A: Unlike our competitors, we are very flexible in the way in which we offer customizations to our customers. Due to the nature in which we operate, we are able to offer the customer a multitude of choices when it comes to the branding of their product. For instance, if the customer requires fully animated characters, then we are able to provide them in the exact manner the customer requires.
